Africa Tech Festival returns to the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 17 to 19 November 2026, and Omnitech will be there. For three days the CTICC becomes the meeting point for the operators, regulators, data-centre builders and founders shaping how the continent connects — and we're bringing the full group portfolio.

Run by Informa Connect and home to AfricaCom, the festival organises its programme around six pillars: Telecoms & Connectivity, Data Centres, AI, Cybersecurity, Startups and Digital Transformation. Four of those sit directly on top of what we build every day, which is why this event matters to us more than most.

What we're bringing

Our stand will run live environments rather than slideware. If you work at an operator, a BPO or an enterprise contact centre, there will be something on the floor you can put your hands on.

  • Q-Max — the AI omni-channel contact centre, with voice, WhatsApp, web chat, email and social running through a single console alongside CRM, ticketing and IVR.
  • Q-Max Rubrica — our quality-assurance module, scoring live conversations against your own rubric instead of a hand-picked sample.
  • Q-Max AI Knowledge Base — retrieval-augmented answers grounded in your own documentation, with citations agents can check.
  • Sonus — carrier-grade CRBT for mobile operators, covering content management, subscriber lifecycle and monetisation.
  • Foodlogic and Tadamun — delivery management and telemedicine, both sharing the Q-Max customer layer.

Why Cape Town, why now

The questions we field from operators have shifted. Two years ago the conversation was about channel coverage — could you handle WhatsApp, could you handle social. Now it's about what the AI layer actually does once the channels are unified: whether it can be audited, whether it cites its sources, and whether quality assurance scales past a 2% manual sample.

Those are the conversations we want to have in Cape Town. The festival draws attendees from across Africa, Europe and the Middle East, which maps closely onto where our platforms already run.

The interesting problem is no longer connecting the channels. It's proving that what the AI told your customer was grounded in something real.
